Wild Dunes’ Harbor Golf Course finishes $9M restoration 40 years after Hurricane Hugo damage

ISLE OF PALMS — The Harbor Golf Course at Wild Dunes Resort hasn’t been the same since Hurricane Hugo severely damaged it just four years after opening in 1985.
