Williamsburg County faces lawsuit from resident over alleged transparency violations

Local resident Cheryl Lane has filed a lawsuit accusing county officials of violating the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act and other state transparency laws related to industrial development projects, including a solar power project known as “Kingstree West.”
