Wilson, Weaver ask U.S. Supreme Court to block Berkeley County bathroom order

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and State Superintendent of Education Ellen Weaver announced Friday, Aug. 29, that the state has formally asked the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene in a case involving South Carolina’s Bathroom Privacy Law.
