Winter weather spurs closures across SC as residents brace for snow day

Charleston-area residents flooded stores for last-minute provisions on Jan. 21 as road crews continued to prep bridges and highways ahead of a winter storm expected to bring snow to the Lowcountry for the first time in eight years.
