Woman accuses victim of sexual assault as she pleads guilty in West Ashley slaying

A Charleston judge visibly struggled in deciding the prison sentence of a woman who killed a man outside a West Ashley Publix after her attorney accused the victim of sexual assault for the first time since the shooting.
