Editorial: Find an at-grade solution for Mt Pleasant’s Houston Northcutt-US 17 snarl

Decades ago, Mount Pleasant considered but rejected a flyover for Johnnie Dodds Boulevard at Houston Northcutt. It should do so again as it plans to improve the intersection with 2026 sales tax money.
