HRE Committee undecided on off-leash rules

Proposed non-fenced, off-leash dog areas in two passive parks were met with mixed feelings at the Oct. 6 Mount Pleasant Health, Recreation & Events Committee meeting, where lawmakers opted to bring the matter to full council.
