North Augusta City Council to revisit Kellogg tract. Developer would pay the hefty sewer cost.

Should the developer behind the 467 acres of the Kellogg tract be annexed into North Augusta and its proposed 1,300 homes, plus commercial, be built, the city won’t foot the bill for its wastewater.
