Santee Cooper partnership highlights student winners in state book challenge

TURBEVILLE, S.C. — Four fourth-grade students at Walker Gamble Elementary School have been named statewide winners in the 2026 South Carolina Children’s Book Challenge, a program supported by South Carolina’s electric cooperatives, including Santee Cooper partners.
